Cerebra is a research computing environment used by the Meaney and Silveira laboratories for computationally intensive biomedical research.

The platform provides the infrastructure required for large-scale analysis of genomic, epigenomic, neurobiological, and population-level datasets.

Cerebra supports workflows ranging from exploratory statistical analysis to parallel computing workloads and high-throughput genomic pipelines. The environment evolves in close collaboration with the research groups using it.
